At D&M we always make our best, at a human and technical level, to be in touch with our clients. We love to know that we are here to help them, and when clients thank us, letting us know that we have exceeded their expectations, I really feel that we have accomplished the goals we had since the foundation of our company.

My objectives are to maintain our top quality service along with continue being the first option in Spanish and Portuguese for all of our clients. Soon, we will be offering new services for the industry which I am sure will satisfy more of our clients’ needs thus motivating us and making us happier to be able to offer a better and improved quality service.

I have been a partner in D&M since its foundation and this has allowed me to establish a very special relationship with D&M. I was involved in the creation, planning and, finally, in making the operation work.

Being in charge of the administrative and accounting areas, along with the Strategic Planning, is hectic but it doesn’t stop me from being involved in the constant search of new action lines.

Our main goal in D&M is to satisfy our clients, reaching and raising the bar above their expectations. All of this is possible because each member of our team, resources and vendors, puts their heart in what they do, and I am sure that is the reason why we are more than a production chain - we have built a great team who loves working together.

I enjoy very much working at D&M. Every day at work is different and I am in permanent contact with people from different parts of the world. These reasons create a great effect, turning every ordinary working day into an extraordinary one.

I know that I am as important for my work as my work is for me. I really love being there for our clients whenever they need to, solving their needs in a fast and efficient way and always aiming to go beyond what they’re looking for.

For me, the most important thing about my work is to foresee the clients’ needs since the first contact with D&M. I love to solve their doubts and questions, even when these not necessarily involve a particular project. I know that our clients trust us and that they see us as a real solution for their tight deadlines, sophisticated tools and very specific requirements. I like the challenges that every new project opens; this is what makes our work more interesting and fun at the same time.
